I recently (a month back) brought 3 burner cook top from FABER along with Chimney. Today suddenly when we were in hurry to leave for our office, but cook top blasts tremendously...Cook top has broken in to smaller pieces around my house.
The sound was so horrible that for next 5 mins all of us were just looking each other & trying to figure out what has happened. Thanks to GOD that nobody got hurt.
I called up dealer immediately stated him the problem, As the glass top does not come under warranty, I need to replace the cooktop. He was cool & relax & asked me to change the cook top simply. As this might be very common thing for him.
I am very much disappointed with the BRAND. I should have read these reviews before purchasing this Cook top. Can anybody suggest should I go to consumer forum? Will that help?
