Faber Gas Stove or Cook Top is available with reputed distributors in India. Based upon this most of the customers can try to purchase same. But, after sales service of Faber is quite pathetic. Nobody came to resolve my concern when the knob of my Cook top failed during warranty period. I followed with the customer service team, cum service centers and Senior Service Executives but in vain. I kept leave for 3 days and waited throughout the days with close follow-ups but their unorganized service system did not resolve my issue in the time bound period. Finally I left the location as I had to go on tour without resolving the issue. Their Service Team demanded from me Service charges for visiting my location even when the product was under warranty. Although I did not accept at first stage, later I agreed to pay. Even after that they did not visit on the scheduled time.
I am writing this post for customers who want to make an initial purchase of the Faber make product to give them a sincere feedback regarding this product. After Sales department for Faber is not organized at all and customer is bound to suffer. Please note this think in advance.
