It’s been almost an year for me purchased the Faber Hob, 4 burner black glass.
With multiple calls/followups they couldn’t resolve the issue with 2 basic things:
1> Heating up of knobs -> The purchased knobs from footpath and fixed it as the existing knob is defect in design and company has no solution for this.
2> Yellow flame -> Causing our gas to empty in 10 days which earlier used to empy in 2 months.
Finally we gave up on this and started using the gas stove that comes freely with gas connection which really works like a charm.
