I bought a faber chimney offline. I dont know model no but writing this review for this company
Never buy a product from this company. they said it has free life time service but when it got a problem we said to dealer.
The company’s man came and checked it. and said we take 800₹ for service. Free service term means a company man will check the chimney.
before 1 month we sent it to dealer. still no responce. very poor service. And company’s man said we broke the glass we have to take it into another city and change the glass.
