I bought a Faber Chimney 1 year back and now it’s power supply issue. I called call center they booked complained number 121458751. After sometime got call from service center and asking me for 300rs technician visiting charge.
But it is not written anywhere in lifetime warranty book about this technician visiting charge. Now they telling only motor having warranty other parts are chargeable. They are cheating the people with life time warranty advertisement.
