Hi Team - I bought a new FABER chimney from Reliance Retail, Vaishali Nagar Jaipur.
I am being asked extra money for following:
Installation charge - 600 INR
No Default pipe provided. being asked for extra money
Engineer wasn’t well equipped with all the tools. Now I will have to call a carpenter for just one hole in the wood and charging 300 INR again.
Installation may be charged but why for pipe and 300 INR?
What chimney will do without pipe ask them?
Is this expected from customers after purchasing a chimney from FABER?
