This is just to bring it to your notice that our Faber Chimney - ARCO SUNZI LTW 60 which was installed on 2nd Jan 2015 and recently serviced has blasted today while in use and glass splattered all around which could cause potential causality .
We doubt if Faber being a trusted company can afford such carelessness of whatsoever nature which caused this mishap
We tried reaching the customer care relentlessly and even the dealer but there was no immediate response/action and we need to wait until Monday, is this the expected turn-around from a reputed organization in case of crisis.
Luckily there was no severe casualty and we escaped with bruises but this could be fatal with gas stove burning below and the chimney overhead blasting for no reason.
Friends please rethink and refrain from buying Faber Chimneys, it’s dangerous and their customer support is useless . Photos attached.
