I requested for my Chimney to be serviced by the Hyderabad office about 6 days ago. It has now been 6 days that anyone has even bothered to come, . Really suprising that an organisation as good as FABER has such poor service standards.
My repeated calling ahs not resulted in any help. When ever I wanted to speak to the Representative he is always not available so the team iun the office says.
I am absoulutely feedup and do not what to do. I think I shoulkd have gone for a regyular gas stove and not for these designer stoves, it was a grave mistake. I will never ever again reccommend any one to buy this product because the afeter sales service is pathetic and non exsistance.
It wpould be great if someone from FABER India or the Head office gets back to me with the action plan. Does it mean that if the product is old there is no one to care for it
