Faber after sales service is very very bad. We bought Faber chimney recently, with in 20 days we got a problem and person was told that board to be replaced. This service is pending from last 2 and half month. I am trying to file a complaint on consumer court.
Whenever I called to respective person, always says will send today. But still the service is pending. After some days they removed the customer complaint number too. When I tired to follow up the issue, the complaint number no more exits. I registered new complaint still the status is the same. Finally one day I got some manager number, who speaks politely and not bother to take action. It is really surprise how FABER trained managers to give better service to the customers.
I am trying to make noise as much as possible to prevent new buyers to go with this product.
