I bought Faber chimney. Even after many days installation guy appointed in my area Chalapathy did not come. He did not know many things about the chimney.
He asked us to do the outlet creation which he is supposed to do. Even after we got it done through somebody else, he refused to come immediately.
Faber does not have any proper customer care service also.
Never ever buy from Faber unless you know to install the chimney by yourself.
