Faber Chimney service from Tanuja Enterprises Hyderabad is horrible! I regret having bought Faber. Suffering for the last 7 years with no response, delayed response, and terrible attitude of technician from Tanuja Enterprises. I still have problems of the switches not working for the last 2 years.
My recent complaint of a loud noise from chimney is not attended to from last 2 weeks. One person came after we went to the store to complain. He arrived without any knowledge about the problem and said he would replace it the next week. But he never turned up again giving an excuse that he is on leave. I notice that they are never interested to attend to problems. They may replace the parts after several calls and following up, but the problems in your chimney are never attended to.
Please don’t buy Faber Chimney!
