My Chimney glass fell of the clamp . Luckily since one end of the clam was intact it did not fall on the burner. It is more than 3 months the service team had visited but the part hasn’t been replaced yet. Everytime they claimed the part hasn’t arrived.Other problem was the burner was supposed to be replaced and same story part has not arrived. This is story within one year of purchase.One of the worst after sales service. Please don’t go for faber. I am planning to file a case in consumer court .
