Had bought Faber Chimneys around a month ago. Within a week, the exhaust fan started making noise. the fan noise was so loud that I cant operate it when im in kitchen. Don’t understand, is that why is it difficult to built a chimney which is good in design and functionality too.
I called the call center they booked the complaint. After sometime got call from service center and asking me for 300rs technician visiting charge. But it is not written anywhere in lifetime warranty book about this technician visiting charge. Now they telling only motor having warranty other parts are chargeable. They are cheating the people with life time warranty advertisement.
