Its long time since I have came online to ready or write something. I have got lots of good blogs sent by you all. So let me share my views about a Brand I m completely Satisfied with. I have seen a trend in our country (including me), we always share bad experiences first, then appreciating a good experience.
Hence I have decided to share my good experience with you all, I m sure this experience will help somebody in getting his experience better. I a proud Owner of Faber brand.
I have purchased a new flat which we were suppose to get possession in the month of Feb 2009 as our architect recommended us for a chimney & a hob of glen, he assured us that it will give a aesthetic look for my kitchen, so we decided to go for it. Meanwhile we found an advertisement in the newspaper.
We have contacted the number which was published in the advertisement, the first experience after trying 5 to 6 time we could not get in touch with. After some time again we tried the number, I thought that I m lucky, when we got somebody on the line, and I have ask her regarding the advertisement she disconnected the line.
Again after sometime when we tried the no this time there was a male coordinator on the line, when we asked him about the advertisement, which was published in the newspaper, for my surprise he was un aware about the present advt. published by his company and the offer given to customers. On his present of mind I decided to disconnect the number, as it was costing me.
I have discussed this with my Architect and he promised that he will get in touch with the dealer on company person. I have shared my experience with my friends too, even she had similar kind of experience while trying and getting details of GlenProduct.
That time my friend recommended me to choose wide range of Multinational Brand called “Faber”, she even shared the Toll free number of Faber (for me saving my bugs in telephone calls).
I contacted the number which she gave me we got the complete details of the product the female was very kind to explain me about the product & even their present offer. The Co ordinator also had suggested to get my kitchen checked by the Authorised service personnel. Based on his suggestion we can visit to any of their dealers point to purchase the product.
We have followed the instruction she had given to us and now we are the owner of Kitchen chimney Mars LTW having Life time warranty on some spares and a glass hob called GB 465 SSP. Since the site visit till installation and demonstration of our product, Faber has ensured the best services. I m very happy by selecting this Brand.
