I am planning to buy a faber cooking range as no other reputed brand is available.
I went to a showroom selling only faber brand and funniest thing is they dont have all the models on display. Only the high end ones are there.
Also the sales executive was trying hard to make us buy the 26, 000 rupee model. For an upgradation to a three ring flame from single ring flame they charge 1, 000 Rs for each burner. In a metro like bangalore I had to go from one street to another far flung one to get a glimpse of the different types in the market.
I would greatly appreciate if some one could give inputs on this. One of my aunt is having BPL and has advised me against buying that as the after sales service is poor.
Will the company provide any demonstration for familiarisation with the use of this product? Also are there any other brands equally good?
