DISSAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had a little problem with the cooking range. Faber promptly sent their customer service guy to pick up the door of the oven. I’ve been waiting for six months for it be returned, To top that, he has not been able to fix it but has decided to hold onto it for whatever reason. TERRIBLE customer service. Every time I call he says hell come tomorrow at 12. Faber customer service says I can only ask him when it will come. thanks, Faber -a great help you were. As an architect, I would recommend any other brand, customer service is the most important
