I bought marsh energy model a couple of month back for my new house. As it was vacant - so installed & left it.
When i shifted - it never turned on. First i took 2 days to log the complaint . As they want copy of bill then registration & all.
Then after login the complain- engineer visited & after checking confirmed that motor is faulty. On asking - that why ( as I have not even used it for once ). He said it needs to be start on speed 1 only, then increase it to 2 & then 4. If you directly start it on 3. Motor will be spoiled. What a stupid flaw or feature.
Since that day.
I followed up for next 5 days regularly on mail . But got no response. Finally, I called up customer care. They told that motor is not available in stock. So awaiting spares from head qtr. I lay man would understand that other that motor , there is nothing in the chimney that can be faulty & service center dont have that single spare only. Don;t know how they service.
I don;t recommend faber.
Even after paying 30-40% premium from other available brands , if this kind of service one need to expect. Its not worth.
