Very bad place to stay at, photos on MakeMyTrip were deceptive and the amenities specified are non-existent. My grandma is very aged she couldn’t climb the many stairs as there was no lift facility and the hotel staff wouldn’t accomodate her with a room on lower floor, so she had to shift to a different hotel.
The cherry on top is that they won’t even refund the money or even negotiate for a partial refund.
Overall a very bad experience, please avoid going to this hotel.
