Their agents contact you , show you the totally different room in photos and then the agent named himanshu is such a cheat he took away his commission and when we reached there and did not like the room , they didn’t return even a single penny , their customer care is worst , they say a line it’s against our policies and that is the solution to everything , I would suggest to book the room directly not by this site , and one more thing my friend stayed at a diff fab hotel her room was better and the difference was more than 4k so they will cheat you like this ..... Worst experience
