FabIndia has very expensive services inside India.Their customer service team is not that well trained and they need to improve a lot in their service department and the support department to ensure better service to their consumers.Their information is also very outdated and old and needs to be improved a lot.The staff courtesy is also not that good and supportive and they need to be developed well and trained well and learn how to behave descent and solve simple queries.The website is also a bit complex to use.
