This was my first order with Fabmart and faced a worst experience. It is one of worst website to place an order and the executives are horrible to talk to. They don’t understand any pain points of customer.
I ordered (Order no: 70329) for a shipment of a SLR camera worth Rs 41, 788. Since they do not have with COD option, I paid by my credit card. I received it 2 weeks after the committed delivery date that too in a damaged condition and I feel used too. I had ordered the shipment for my daughter’s birthday which is tomorrow. Anyhow, I was totally shocked so, asked for the refund.
They said they will refund “only half” of the amount and that too if I send it by courier and by paying all the insurance cost of the item.
Someone please tell me what was my fault and why should I bear these senseless costs? I talked to their customer care repeatedly almost every day since then but needless to say they were unable to understand the emotions of neither a parent nor a customer at all.
These websites say they are growing in the country but they are the worst. Thanks for spoiling the occasion. Order through this stupid portal called FABMART at your own risk..
