Word of caution: FABMART doesnt refund your money at any cost. Please read their terms and conditions before placing an order.
Had ordered a recliner(order no #1110766) at 2pm and cancelled the order same day by 10.30pm. Checked with their Chat staff before cancelling if money would be refunded and she said YES.
2 days later I get a mail from their team stating the order was already processed and cant be cancelled now.
I sent requests after requests to cancel the order and refund. All they are ready to offer is store credit for the whole amount but have to buy within a month.
I have requested them in all mails that I need the money back since I have other investments and will check back their site if and when I want a furniture, still not positive action.
My question is "If their company can arrange for a store credit then why not a refund when I have clearly explained over the phone and multiple emails that I need the funds urgently.
Now I have to accept either the store credit or the recliner. Anyways they have only limited furniture to choose from so even the store credit wouldnt be of great help.
Very disappointing!
Their Terms and Conditions have to at par with other e-commerce sites like Flipkart and Snapdeal and refunds should be provided.
