Fabric Spa seawoods promised an express delivery time and date despite checking several times about whether they would deliver on time.I have an international flight to get tomorrow. It is now more than 2 hours late and I am told (after putting lots of pressure and raising a complaint ) that the vehicle will reach at 10 pm. They say there is no way to contact the driver or the superior. Lots of grins here . Wonder how they think it is a joke. Wish I could see the humour too. Have all the phone calls recorded.
