I have given my quilt on 27th December. The estimated delivery date was 31st December. Since 1st Jan, we have been chasing the customer service team, there is no response. We raised online complaints and feedback for the order. Last two days, we will get one call from customer service and they said that they will check and confirm. Even if I call local store Velacheri Chennai , the guy said he is newly joined. He don’t have any information. He gave branch manager number. He never attend the call nor he calls back. Till date the order is in processing. No one in Facbricspa is having clue about the cloth. Neither the management nor the ground staff are responsible. We still having nuisance of calling the customer service team to get the feedback. Never ever give clothes to Facbricspa. If we give, we have to forget our clothes. Enough of this experience with them..
