We all love messaging people we love and care for. And we all have been using Facebook for this purpose for a long time, although it is being replaced by Whatsapp which is another product under Facebook. Messenger is a messaging service introduced by Facebook a few years ago.
But, I do not understand the need for producing a separate app for messaging. I think it was good back then when we could check the news feed and chat with our belongings on the same app.
This separated messaging app is pointless as it uses a lot of our device memory and RAM, which may slow down our device at some points. Taken together, both the facebook and messenger take about 600 MB of our device which is a lot.
Due to the complicated and heavy designs in the app, it takes a lot of our mobile or wifi data.
I think Facebook should merge Messenger with itself once again so that it becomes easy to use and takes less of our device memory.
