CONCEPT-
facebook is one of the oldest social networking website that is ever living in today’s days, facebook has eventualy grown up into a massive tech giant thanks to its advertising portals and skills helping in fund raising from various organisation, and here’s my review about the Facebook mobile app. Facebook mobile app is available for both android and ios devices, And I will tey to justify my point about disliking the facebook app, concept about facebook app is same as for the website but includes some clever tips and tricks on the way for better user experience, you can share and upload photos, videos and anything that relates you with you sharing about your life on social media, you can check in to places, upload statuses, share your feelings, comment and like on others content. its a fun way to share the happenintg about your life. Concept of the mobile app is same but for all the functions facebook inc has tried to provide all the features of their website into a small package, but majorly has overdued it.
LAYOUT-
layout of facebook app for rookie has to be a complicated and confusing one, at the first glance it might seem easy to operate but with the advancement of the app itself features are being added every now and ten and it becomes harder and harder to access to basic functionalities like security settings. facebook has overdone the changes by even introducing recations on comments which are unneccesay changes but still consumes more space on your phone than usual.
DESIGN-
design is simple, the user interface is white and blue colouresd primarily.
FEATURES AND FUNCTIONS-
with adding of features, which seems highly uneccesary complexity of app has increased substansially, facebook is an social networking platform which must be user friendly and suitable to all age group so as to be accessible to masses of all ages, not everyone is a tech savy.
on the other hand cache and memory management of the app itself is very poor and it usually takes upto 510MB to 1.1GB of ROM on your device affecting the device’s battery health badly, its always in the standby mode and by default gets the access for autostart, which later has to switched off manually.
USEFULLNESS-
App is useful as a social networking platform but due to overdue of functions it leaves the app to render less usefull as all the masses are not able to access the features completely and also it occupies major ROM and RAM for its operation on your device, highly non-recommended, try to use the browser version if you need to save space.
