Facebook was developed by Mark Zuckerberg in 2004. The main idea behind facebook is to connect people around the world in a same platform where user can chat, interact with each other share there photographs and thoughts.
Service And Support: Facebook Gives wide range of service to it’s user a user can share images, can go live streaming, play games, chat, express there feelings this all service is available on a facebook user.
There is also a Service given by Facebook is that a brand/Celebrity can make a fan page of his/her.
When I write about Support system of facebook it has very good, you can get new password if you forgot your password, a user can report any content which is offensive etc.
Information Depth: It is upto the mark and is sufficient as needed by a user.
Content Timeline: In facebbok timeline post regarding your facebook friend will show and the activity done by them.Timeline also contain the post update by the pages liked by a user.
Design/Usability: Facebook have a simple and easy design having blue and white color dominant. A new user can easily understand the design and can use facebbok. One can change his/her language from default english to his/her own choce.
Website Load Time- The response time is normal it all depends on the verson of facebook you are using and the internet connection speed.Facebook is adaptive to any type of internet connection.if your connection is slow it will open a basic version but if you have good speed than advanced version will open.
