What Controversy?

Fahrenheit 9/11 is not a documentary that centers around controversy. I think it is a man’s opinion on President Bush and what the war is really about. It is really an eye-opener because the documentary is so well researched. I mean point by point were strung quite well. Each sequence has images that are quite surreal and upsetting at times. I do admit it was emotional for me because to see the other side for once it was quite overwhelming.

This movie is a must see for any party affliation. It doesn’t matter what politic party you are in or if you have no interest in politics you should see it. I highly recommend it because it makes you think how things are run in America. It makes you think harder doing anything considering that they are all watching. With the passing of the Patriot Act and beefing up on the Homeland Security, it really makes you wonder what the country has become. It also brings in questions of morality and if it is appropriate to do these actions of law to get people who may pose as a threat. This movie underlines what everyone thinks but can’t really say it aloud.

It exposes a different type of media that we have not been exposed to. It proves to be a veneer of all sorts because the fact is we really do not know what is running in this country. It has humor as in Moore’s deliberate poking fun at Pres. Bush. Bush’s antics are ludicrous and you wonder why everybody voted for him in the first place.

Also if you don’t know anything about that happened in the past election, you would know he is a cheater. But that’s just my agreement with the director Michael Moore and the cold truth. Hey I didn’t vote for him so I guess I can say that. Besides the movie brings in a lot of information and lot of moments that are humorous but it does touch on key issues. Issues that needed to be addressed in a way that didn’t seem like a controversy.

I mean people are coming up with so much negativity because it just seems Moore’s documentary might be a threat for Bush’s campaign. It is bringing a lot of heat on the presidency but I think it helps us understand what is going in the world today. It is imperative for us to know what is going on and watching this movie made me feel so enlightened. It is a really good documentary and people should watch it. Not because of all the hype that’s been added to it but the mere fact of curiosity should be enough. And this anti-Bush label that has been attached to this documentary is true under the director’s vision.

You don’t have to agree with it but do you really favor the president? Even now? We need another president and it can’t be Bush. There is just too much to consider and watching this movie will make you want to do something about it!
