So, I went to this salon on one fine weekend evening and inquired if I could have my weird highlighted. I was pleased to get a quick positive response. The staff attitude was good and the branch manager also knew how to handle customers. So, I was immediately given a seat and my colour of choice was picked out of a handful of them. By then, I was really happy with their overall service quality.
But that opinion changed pretty soon when they started the procedure. That’s because they said my beard might get itchy. Guessing why? It’s because they were gonna use cheap-as$ bleach. Trust me, being itchy wasn’t the only smell. That stuff stinks like hell. Bleach takes a lot less time to give the effects so it’s a boon for them, I guess. Also, I didn’t even get the colour I asked for.
I, honestly was very disappointed because I liked their staff’s attitude towards customers even though the infrastructure wasn’t great or extraordinary. I guess the search for the perfect salon stays on. Signing off
