Well fair & lovely may not make you fairer than you already are, but it can definitely help improve complexion and protect skin mostly your face from sunlight and reduce further darkening or tanning..
It has this nice fresh feel about it and you might feel the difference when you start using it. Maybe regular use can help in improving your complexion and you might feel fairer afterall. Also, it is best for oily skin types and acts as a basic foundation. It kind of protects your skin from uv rays.
I used to use fair and lovely cream for quite sometime. I liked the fragrance and it used to protect my skin from getting oily.
However I wouldn’t advise this cream during the winter as it has little moisteriser and hence might give a patchy and dried up feeling.
I would like to add that I discontinued its use cause my doctor told me to stop using sunblockinhg creams, as it wasn’t suited to my skin type.
Anyway this was a personal problem but I am sure others can try fair and lovely and see whether it suits you and your skin type. If it does, then its worth it!
