This company calls you to office even during peak Corona times.By god forbid if you get Corona better take care of yourself as company will not provide you paid leave instead will ask you to resume to work as soon as possible.i resigned due to such poor hr policies.Joined somewhere else .to my surprise they gave my negative bgv citing I took too many unpaid leaves.will a employee who got Corona because he was not allowed to wfh not allowed to take medical leaves even? Such companies can’t flourish who don’t have feeling if empathy for employees and try to destroy their health and career.
Avoid working in such small company with zero employee friendly policies.
