I bought a 7inch 3g calling tab from Fairdealplaza.com using online payment option for Rs. 7999/-. Till then I have never heard anything about this website and since the product was cheaper I decided to buy and purchased. After the purchase no update from the seller, I was literally calling the only mobile number given in the website for many times, no one picks the call or responds. I was fed up, Finally Mr. Deepak picked the call and said, material is dispatched.
The next day I received the tablet, which was nothing but crap. It was worse than the Akash tab. It did not charge, it did not recognize any simcard, and touch was pathetic, I really need to prick the screen to make it run. I called the guy and said, I am returning the product which I did on the same day. Two days later Mr. Deepak called and said he received the product and has reset some config and is working fine now. He said he is re-sending the same item. I said, please send me another tab or please don’t send it. He said the other one I asked is out of stock and will send it in three days. Its now 35 days past his commitment I received nothing.
Today when I call he says he received no pack from my side and the tablet is said to be delivered to me. I request any of the readers, please be beware while buying anything from https://fairdealplaza.com, which is nothing but a cheat website. Please think thrice before taking that risk, where are all the products he sells are unbranded, with no warranty, no exchange policy, no payment security. Even if the price is high in some sense please buy from authentic stores like flipkart.
I have lost 7999 Rs, so others please be careful not to loose anything.
