I joined this company in Sept2010 and resigned recently I have 9 months experience in this company. Here are some points about this company.
Fairtech is not an Aerospace company, there are no specialists in Aerospace domain in this company.
So called professionals are half boiled and not confident about their works.
Fairtech has lost more than 8 clients in a span of 1 year(most of them Aerospace)
Fairtech follows unfair practices w.r.t. employee rules/HR rules
I have seen more than 35 people resign from the company in my tenure of 9 months
Not even a single employee has said bye with a smile or atleast written a goodbye email before leaving the company.
Dr.Sivakumar, my reporting manager is worst manager, most people have left b’cos of his stupidd behaviour. He behaves awkwardly with all females, he rubs his crotch in front of female employees in his chamber. He lacks good english, his english is worst than butler. His technical skills are Zero, not sure if his PhD is honest or not. B’cos he even doesn’t know simple engineering fundamentals. He has single handedly screwed the whole company by giving preference only to Tamils.
Mr.Subramani who heads the company is ill man and never comes to office, he is so pissssed of Dr.Sivakumar that he goes to another company for consultation.
Buddi Sagar is also nicknamed as fartman, he fills his chamber with bad smell, he doesn’t eat food but donkey sit in the morning. He is dishonest and even screws up his close friends. Recently this bastardd cum fuker charged Rs.1.5 lacs to issue relieving letter to his close friend. That chap was so angry that he almost broke furniture in a fit of rage/anger. This guy even licks donkey’s sit for Re.1, but still he can’t match his wife’s salary.
Buddi Sagar has marital discord in family, he is unable to earn more money than his wife and she keeps dictating terms, his wife travels in Toyota Altis with chauffer and he travels by BMTC bus by buying bus pass. He has screwed 7 clients so far with bad quality work, he is just behind Dr.Siva who has spoilt 10 clients many of them from UK.
This company shamelessly imposes 3 month notice period clause even for employee in probationary period. Arbitary HR rules will be applied once an employee gets plum job, the employee to escape Fairtech has no other way except by paying the HAFTA.
This company is surviving on such’notice period’ BLOOD money.
Due to this CEO got heart-attack, don’t know who will be blessed with death as these trio Subramani, Sivakumar & Buddi Sagar are into pure CHIT fund kind of business with mentality of a con-woman who runs CHIT business in SLUM Areas.
Avoid this company, I was told by Dr.Sivakumar that I will be sent to Germany since day one, but 9 months have passed, this fcker tells all lies. In interview he impresses as in Fairtech is great company he compares with INFY.WIPRO etc.
Most onsite people too have problem, many come in middle of project due to non-payment of per-dium/salary. Many on-site engineers come to office didtressed due to lack of funds and they resign abusing management.
Fairtech has no morality, they are conning innocent employees and making good revenue in the form of issuing’relieving certificates’ at Rs.1 lakh and above.
This company lacks hygenic toilets, even water is contiminated, all employees appear as if they are cancer patients(b’cos of the company aura). Salary cuts are done giving vague reasons, they deduct money for vague reasons, salary payment is not done on time, no canteen, no transportation, no benefits.
Company is No.1 in using pirated softwares, ANSYS/MSC NASTRAN/ABACUS/FATIGUETOOLS/Uni-Graphics/PRO-E, CATIA are all pirated. So don’t be surprised if you are locked behind bars working in this company. Buddi Sagar already tasted behind bars experience and was caught red handed by PRO-E company for using pirated s/w.
I REQUEST ALL MECHANICAL ENGINEERS TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS DIRTY COMPANY DOING DIRTY BUSINESS. MANAGEMENT IS HOPELESS AND HAS SLUM AREA CHIT FUND MENTALITY. AS OF NOW NOT EVEN A SINGLE AEROSPACE PROJECT IS THERE. THE COMPANY IS FACED WITH NUMEROUS COURT PROCEEDINGS LIKE IT VOILATIONS, LABOUR OFFICE NOTICES, CHEATING CASES FROM S/W COMPANIES ETC ETC.
Overall fit for nothing company.it is not even fit for freshers forget about experienced people.
