The film is good, the cast is good (except arbaaz)...thumbs up to PC and Kangna(now pls try some diff roles also), sound track is good. Everything is good, but than why only 3 stars. Well there’s something missing and that is - MB’s masala, drama and the most important a PUNCH is missing. The film should have been made more emotional, where we should really feel sorry for PC...but thats missing. Everything happens so fast......no time to cry/feel emotional. 3 Main things to point out -
1) PC’s struggle should have been given more focus
2) PC’s transformation (from good to bad) should be made more visible (and not sudden)
3) Yaar, such a good music, mainly ’Theme-of Fashion’...they shud have used that more, especially at the time of ramp shots but sad...
4) Someone else should have replaced Arbaaz.....
One Most Important thing to point out. I saw an interview of MB-PC, where MB said the film wud have got U/A certificate if some shots wud have been removed. This shows the film missed the punch of adultness...i mean the film shud have been somewhere eye-popping like Pg 3 and Chandni Bar...I felt like MB did not take the film’s glam seriously.....n e ways....at the end its one’s own way of thinking and working.....well... good work MB....but we want more like Pg 3’s !!!...
