My mistake that now I thought that they would hv improvised. this time my order ( 2250893) cancelled by them without information to me. order was to be shipped on same day but after 5 days, without information, they cancel it stating that its Out of stock.
To start with. I made the mistake of placing an order(order no 1761468) for apparels. the sizes mentioned on the website seemed apparently correct but when I received the product after 10days, the sizes were not fitting appropriate. I wish to return the product and the cust care team claims that the product which is to be returned, I hv to bear the charges of return and also they would not refund the money to me, but give me store credits. wht the hell is this. this means that my money stays with them and I wud hv to forcefully go back to this website to purchase again till I exhaust my credit points. CRAZINESS. in this world of competition, these people expect that customers shud suffer and all policies executed by this company shud only benefit them. I would never recommed any1 to shop frm here. coz u shop here then u are stuck with all wrong products or maybe even defective products(which I hv read in some other reviews) and you may still not get your money back. instead spend more to return the product. NIce way of taking cutsomer’s money and using it for their own benefit.
Also, never trust the quality of the material(esp in apparels) as mentioned by them in the content of the product- thts also deceiving or maybe not complete.
