I do a lot of online shopping and by "a lot" I mean really a lot but I have never seen such a pathetic customer service. I had made an order(order#1368065 case:235649) which I did not receive for a very long time. Calling customer service was such a pain, they just make you wait n wait n wait.
So I dropped a mail and I got a reply (should I be thankfull??) telling me that my order had been lost in transit and very soon they would refund my order amount; they needed 3 business days to respond back. But when I did not get any response I mailed back and their "efficient" system again generated a request number and send me exactly the same mail that they had sent the first time.
So I wrote back, I again got the same response like "Kindly accept our sincere apology for inconvenience"...blah blah blah "We value your relationship as a customer and thank you for continuing to be our patron".... and they again asked for 3 business days to respond back. Once again many days passed without a response so again I wrote back and the whole cycle repeated itself. So to cut a long story short there is no refund in sight in fact I dont even get a response mail from these guys.
I am really tired and would suggest every body to steer clear of this website because I dont know whether they do it intentionally or not but these guys have made a joke of customer service.
