Unacceptable and poor service

They are good with offers but poor service This website gets you great offers but once you pay for them they never give you anything. Be careful.

Never deliver the products on time. Its been a month since I ordered and still dint get the product and on calling them they say we cannot deliver you the product. I am disappointed with their service.

Since FNY is an inventory light business we do not keep stock of all products with us, hence most of the material is procured only after orders have been successfully placed on the website. Therefore there might be instances wherein the vendors supply us either short quantity or products which have quality issues, in which case we are forced to cancel the customers order.
