After I joined fashionandyou, I ordered a 5 items. I promptly received 4 out of the 5 items. When I inquired about the delivery of the 5th item, I got a standard response saying that they don’t hold shipment of other items and it will be delivered when the stock is available.
And I log in today to check the status of the delivery and guess what I see.....the status says cancelled. These buggers have taken money from me and not refunded it. They have not even bothered to intimate me that they have cancelled the transaction. My money has gone into a black hole now! This is simply outrageous.
And thatz not all...out of the 4 items I received (all same size from the same brand), two fit me and the the other too were small!! There is no consistency in sizing. I had to give them to my friend’s kid! I tried their ’return policy’ and realized I am better of donating the clothes than returning them!
Either way, you will neither get ur money’s worth nor ur money back. I am staying away from this farcical website and would NEVER recommend it to a friend.
