2 months back I have ordered 2 kurtas and a top from fashionandyou. On the first place they only sent sms and never send anybody to pick the parsel up, after 20 day somebody came in and and now till date I have not recieved my store credit.
Quantity of the kurta’s were hopeless. please do not take a chance of ordering anything from fashionand you. work online shopping experience ever. They do not return your money but instead give store credits ONLY even if u die telling them the quality is not as expected.
The worst part is that customer care execs are mostly clueless and and disconnects your call after a long Hold without even resolving your query. Its a viscous trap. JAbong and myntra are much better. My order numbers are 4190892(1 top), 4175401(2 kurta).
