I ordered few products on 27th Feb 2012, in between I contacted 3 times your customer care department every time I got response that it will be delivered in normal course of delivery period which is 3-4 week. But now when I am checking your website out of 3 orders 2 is being cancelled. When I contacted your customer care department they replied they have not received product from manufacturer due to that these order is being cancelled. Seems you guys feel customer is fool or something like that, when you don’t have product or availability then how can you book order or can post products on your website for selling. On one hand you guys are claiming that e-commerce is booming in India and claiming that Future is e-tailing. But the fact is website or company like you destroying TRUST….
Who will be compensating my 1 months period for waiting these product, if you check the category of these products were belongs to kid section, my kid waited so long and now I have to convey him that it is not going to be delivered because company like you put products on websites just for the sake of publicity without owning it or capability to deliver it.
