I bought a shirt on 15th June (order no : 2024543 ). After 2 weeks they provided a tracking number on the website (BLRP11339) but there is no website or any other way to track the shipment !
After one week they updated in the website saying the product is delivered When you call the customer care ( first of all which is not a toll free number) & ask for clarification, they will cut the phone.. After 2 -3 times hopefully you will get a person to attend to the issue.
I put a complaint on 1st July (complaint no: 1920977 ) & they told me they will get back to me within 72 Hours.
When I called them after one week, they are still saying the same 72 hours only.They have no idea where the shipment is they have no courtesy for informing the details of a complaint.
This is one of the worst customer cares I ever encountered.
Keep away from the website.
