I placed an order [ORDER SUMMARY - Order No: 3928218| Order Date: 5/31/2014] with fashionandyou.com. This order is a gift to my wife for our Anniversary. It’s been 7 days the Anniversary is passed and 13 days since order was placed yet I am due to receive the order.
Today I called customer support executive and see no signs of getting the order. I paid in advance for the order and now I am in a dilemma as to what can be done.
These people have pathetic customer support and do not even take pain of informing the customer when order is delayed. On top of this when you call in you come to know that it will take some more time to deliver the order.Never ever trust fashionandyou.com.
