I ordered 3 items againts a gift voucher I had. It has been 2.5 months & I have not received the products. What is all the more sad is that noone in customer service is ready to help. Numerous calls to the customer service, and they put me on hold & disconnect. Today was another attempt & I spoke to a supervisorPrem in GGN office. He said the products I ordered are out of stock, when I told him that the SAME products are on sale again today & hence I called, he put me on hold & disconnected the call & never called back. So now, my money, the free gift vouchers are all stuck with no clue whats happenning.
I had heard from friends about this but got carried away with great discounts on the website & ordered stuff.
The site was doing well initially but now there are lot of issues of lost deliveries, items being out of stock yet being on the site.lot of mismanagement.
So: If you have to buy from them, always choose Cash On Delivery. Do not pay in advance, as they have no process to return ur money/gift vouchers.
