I have ordered on site on 31st dec, and it was prepaid order(Order no - 120298014). My great order is dispatched by Bluedart courier, which they have delivered on some other sector.
It was suppose to deliver in Sector 59 and as per their website it was delivered to Sector 63. Great job!
After I called F&Y customer care, they said dont worry we will track it and update you in 2 days. Now 2 days over, and as expected no update and no call. I called their executives again, their attitude is dont track our website, listen what I am telling you and go and find security guard whose name is XXX. Since he accepted your consignment. WOW factor for me.
I asked, boss please provide me guard number, since you take name and phone number. He said it will take another 2-3 days to get the details, simply fantastic behavior of F&Y executive.
Couple of questions to F&Y.
Since it was prepaid order, you got your money and hardly bother what customer thing about your worst service and executive attitude?
Since your executive told me that I will get information and call within 2 days about my consignment, who responsibility is this?
Customer are really fool who ideally order prepaid?
Conclusion - worst service and pathetic attitude
