I have ordered 2 dresses from Fashion and You on 19th May, 1 received only. I called the customer care, the executive who was on the call was a real$%^, sorry but I can’t hold my frustration, She was shouting at me on the call to provide me details and showed no courtesy,
About the product, it is not even 50% close the quality of what was shown on the webpage, I can only throw it off in a corner and forget about it. The quality is worst possible I could have imagined. Don’t go by the rates and discounts, they are FAKE, though I already knew that it was marketing strategy, I never minded it as the offer price was still ok.
*Pay 100-300 more on any other website or at a retail shop and get a better quality dress, rather than wasting your hard earned money on Fashion and You.
