It was my mistake that I shopped with these cheaters. I got refund for a saree after one month of fights and now my credits aren’t reflecting in my account since one month.
Their customer care is a pain as they r just chilling out.
Nobody cares no matter what u say. You are spoiling the image of online shopping. Shut your business and start working as babysitters.
Earlier also I got defective product. Email team is in deep sleep. Can’t even revert for weeks.
I will take this to consumer court.
