I had brought a salwar material which was not at all the same as seen while purchasing online.
I was told that the reverse pick will happen on the 6th of August and today is 24th of August and none of you have turned up to do so nor have given a call. How many 48 hours of time will they give me whenever called for the follow-up of the reversal pick-up.
First of all, they have disappointed me in sending the wrong product which is not received what was seen while purchase, secondly to do the reversal pick-up none of them are bothered to do so and everytime while calling I am told that pick up will happen in 48 hrs. If they take this much time to do a reversal pick-up then when will the refund happen. They have put me on stress for the past one month.
