Pathetic Delivery and worst return policy ever !!!

I bought an item from Fashion and You on 2nd December first of all they did not deliver on time, then after cancellation it has been more than 15 days no refund has been made as yet pathetic delivery service would never ever buy stuff from there.


I had purchased on 2nd of December returned before 20th of December  today is 8th Jan no refunds has been made as yet
