What seemed like a perfect online shopping experience (with a good effort to provide maximum product info and a secured transaction), soon turned into a nightmare. I am yet to receive the delivery of an order which was placed a month back. And to add to the woes, the customer call-centre lines are almost always busy....once you manage to get through, the executives summary of the order delivery status would be totally different from the information which another executive the next time you call them back. Each time they cite a different reason for the untimely delivery.
I really thought that the Fashion and You people had come in with the purpose of finally giving the e-shoppers an enjoyable shopping experience.But that doesnt seem to be happening ...at least not immediately.
As for me, I doubt I would be making another transaction on their site soon.
