I have made a couple of purchases on the website and each time it took them more than 30 days to deliver.
I recommended the website to my friend and she made a purchase.
First the time was not shipped for more than 30 days and after asking an update customer team replied after some time that they don’t have the product.
Now after 30 days they listed the same product again on website for sale. This happening when earlier order was not shipped. After my friend wrote an email about the same they shipped a different local company bag.
The bag was covered from a plastic cover which had bird feathers and waste on it.
My friend was totally shocked on seeing a different bag complained to the customer care.
Customer care replied they will ask the courier company to pick the package within 72 hours. Now more than 11 days have passed and nobody from courier company called.
Every time you call the customer care phone it is on wait. We waited more than 10 minutes once.
This has happened when we are calling 3 pm during the day.
DON’T waste your money and time by buying anything from this website.
They charge your credit card first and then order the product from the vendor and if it is available then ship it after 3-4 weeks.
Very poor customer service.
